VeriPrem is a property and workplace assurance business. We help organisations establish what is happening on site, keep necessary work moving and determine what can properly be closed using clear records and evidence.

Grounded in operational experience.
VeriPrem is led by a Chartered occupational health and safety practitioner with experience in social housing, restaurants, bakeries, warehousing and other operational settings. That experience informs the checks we agree, the evidence we record and when we refer a question to a specialist.
