Close
Establish the evidence-supported position of outstanding actions through Evidence Review, Observable Verification or Specialist Verification. Action Completion Verification is one use; Action Backlog & Surge Support is a way of buying temporary capacity within this service.
Action Closure & Verification
Review open actions and records, check agreed visible outcomes on site where needed and route technical questions to specialists, returning an evidence-linked status and next step for each action without certifying technical workmanship.
Explore action closure & verificationCLOSURE STATUSES
Six statuses, each with a reason.
Each reviewed action receives a status supported by the available evidence. The aim is an accurate position and next step, not the highest possible closure count.
Verified against agreed observable completion criteria
The available evidence supports that the agreed visible or record-based requirement has been completed.
Incomplete
The agreed work or required record is not complete. The outstanding element is described.
Unable to verify
Access, evidence or another limitation prevents a reliable conclusion.
Specialist confirmation required
A technical conclusion is needed from an appropriately competent provider.
Further action identified
The review or visit has revealed another issue that needs its own next step.
Escalated
The matter has been referred through the agreed route, with the reason and recipient recorded.
SPECIALIST INPUT
When a finding needs specialist input
Specialist Referral & Coordination is an embedded capability across the seven services. VeriPrem identifies the technical question, passes relevant evidence and coordinates appointments and records where commissioned. We connect the specialist’s conclusion to the original action; the specialist remains responsible for diagnosis, technical judgement and certification.
METHOD
Every finding has a route
An observation is not a diagnosis, and a verified visible outcome is not technical certification. Record the next step as: record only; client or contractor action; urgent referral to the responsible contact; specialist input; or closure review.
PRACTICAL DELIVERY
Practical support within the programme.
Standard and deep cleaning can be provided as part of Void Ready, communal-area or agreed workplace programmes, with agreed tasks, safe working arrangements and completion evidence.
COMMISSIONING
Commissioning starts with a written scope.
Before work begins, we agree which locations to attend, what to check, what records you will receive and who handles urgent concerns or specialist questions.
START WITH THE OUTCOME
Define the outcome. Agree the work.
Tell us what needs to be established, moved forward or properly closed. We’ll agree the service, evidence and specialist input your decision requires.
